INSPIRE Download Service: Environmental Monitoring Facilities / Boden-Dauerbeobachtungsflächen in Brandenburg (WFS-EF-BDF) Der interoperable INSPIRE-Downloaddienst (WFS) Environmental Monitoring Facilities gibt einen Überblick über die Standorte zu den Messstellen der Boden-Dauerbeobachtungsflächen im Land Brandenburg. Die Bodendauerbeobachtung ist ein Instrument zur langfristigen Überwachung von Veränderungen des Zustandes und der Funktionen des Bodens im Sinne des Bundesbodenschutzgesetzes bzw. weiterer untergesetzlicher Regelwerke. Ziele der Bodendauerbeobachtung sowohl brandenburgspezifisch als auch bundesweit sind die Erfassung des aktuellen Zustandes der Böden, die langfristige Überwachung von Bodenveränderungen und die Ableitung von Prognosen für die zukünftige Entwicklung der Böden. Als Sachdaten sind neben der Bezeichnung der Bodendauerbeobachtungsfläche auch Angaben zur Nutzungsart, der naturräumlichen Haupt-Einheitsgruppe, dem Bodenausgangsgestein, dem Bodentyp, der Bodenart des Oberbodens sowie der Kategorie für deren Auswahl hinterlegt. Gemäß der INSPIRE-Datenspezifikation Environmental Monitoring Facilities (D2.8.III.7_v3.0) liegen die Inhalte INSPIRE-konform vor. er WFS beinhaltet die folgenden FeatureTypes: - Umweltüberwachungseinrichtung (ef:EnvironmentalMonitoringFacility) mit Angabe des Erhebungszwecks (PurposeOfCollectionValue) und des beobachteten Mediums (MediaValue) - Umweltüberwachungsnetzwerk (ef:EnvironmentalMonitoringNetwork) mit Angabe des Erhebungszwecks (PurposeOfCollectionValue) und des beobachteten Mediums (MediaValue). --- The compliant INSPIRE download service (WFS) Environmental Monitoring Facilities provides an overview of measurement locations regarding permanent soil observation areas in the state of Brandenburg. The permanent soil observation is an instrument for the long-term monitoring in terms of changes in the condition and functions of the soil according to the Federal Soil Protection Act or other sub-statutory regulations. Major objectives are, both specifically for the state of Brandenburg as well as nationwide, the recording of the current soil state, the long-term monitoring of soil changes and possible forecasts for the future soil development. In addition to the designation of the permanent soil observation area, information on the type of use, the natural spatial main unit group, the parent rock, the soil type, the soil type of the topsoil and its category are stored as attributes in the dataset. According to the INSPIRE data specification Environmental Monitoring Facilities (D2.8.III.7_v3.0) the content is INSPIRE-compliant.
